We were so happy and honored to be asked to design the company relaunch of Belle’s Catering this past spring, just in time for wedding season with gorgeous photography by Mikkel Paige Photography! Belle’s Catering, a reputable caterer in the Triangle, not only serves the traditional recipes we all love, but adds a modern flair to their dishes to make them unforgettable. Their brand new logo, website, and overall brand created by Whitney Vass (Heart & Arrow and Emily Ley).  This image perfectly fits their style of delicious Southern cuisine with subtle tones, sophisticated calligraphy, and the symbol of hospitality that we all love, the pineapple.

Our vision for the luncheon was to focus in on their new style and design the perfect representation of Belle’s, including touches of various pineapple details and their new colors. With colorful floral displays, unique flatware, friends, and warm, spring air at the beautiful Leslie Alford Mims House, we can’t imagine a better day for celebration with other wedding vendors.

Oh, and have we mentioned how AMAZING the meal was? 😉 The plated meal consisted of several small-plate entrees including pea and buttermilk gazpacho, glazed shrimp, crushed cucumber salad with smoked clams, coffee rubbed pork loin with radicchio and yellow beets, and an incredible lemon cake with white pepper cream cheese. Guests sipped on a chipotle-pineapple margarita made by Belle’s that they are still raving about, and put an end to the perfect, warm day with Mama Bird’s homemade ice cream, which was absolutely delicious.
